This lesson is Lesson 1 presented during our Spring 2014 Gospel Meeting. Our speaker is Greg Gwin from Columbia, TN
In this lesson Greg examines the credibility of the eyewitnesses of Jesus and his life. Our Biblical record of the things Jesus said and did depends on the reliability of these eyewitnesses. Can the witnesses be trusted?
Greg presents an examination of the witnesses from the point of view of legal expert Simon Greenleaf. Mr. Greenleaf proposed that a trustworthy witness must satisfy 5 tests of truthfulness. Greg discusses each of these and shows from the scripture that the eyewitness testimony of Jesus can be trusted.
